These Terms of Use govern your use of vitfauna.world and any purchase of Luminus Support from Verdana Health Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09847312), 74 Cavendish Road, London, SW12 0DG.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, transmits harmful content, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access without notice.

2. Ordering and Sale Terms

Placing an order: Submitting the order form (name and phone number) constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A contract of sale is formed only when our team contacts you by telephone, you confirm the order verbally, and we subsequently dispatch the product.

Prices and currency: All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The advertised price is £36.99 per pack of 90 capsules. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

Payment: Payment is made in cash or by debit/credit card to the delivery courier upon receipt of goods. No payment is taken online or in advance.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any point before dispatch. Notify us during the confirmation call or at info@vitfauna.world.

Refusing delivery: You may decline to accept the parcel from the courier, in which case the order is cancelled automatically and no charge applies.

3. Limitation of Liability and Supplement Disclaimer

Luminus Support is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information provided on this website, including nutrient claims, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We make no representations regarding individual outcomes. Nutrient claims are authorised under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and refer to the role of specific nutrients, not to the product as a whole.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verdana Health Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the product, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website, including text, images and design, is the property of Verdana Health Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without our prior written consent.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to exercise your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the product is unopened. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly. Contact us at info@vitfauna.world in the first instance. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to the courts of England and Wales or seek alternative dispute resolution via a certified ADR provider.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
