Returns & Refund Policy

This policy sets out your rights when returning a product purchased from Verdana Health Ltd and how we handle refunds. It complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal - 14 Calendar Days

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. You do not need to give a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@vitfauna.world or by calling +44 20 3897 4412 within the 14-day window.

2. Conditions for Return

Products must be returned in their original, unopened and sealed condition. Please be aware that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons - and which have been unsealed after delivery - are excluded from the right of withdrawal. As Luminus Support is a food supplement, an opened bottle cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at info@vitfauna.world within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your return.

Step 2: We will reply with our return address and instructions within 2 working days.

Step 3: Post the sealed, unopened product to us using a tracked postal service. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (£36.99) within 14 days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original transaction (cash refunds are issued by bank transfer - please provide account details when notifying us).

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@vitfauna.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return postage.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, free of charge. Inform us during the confirmation call, or contact info@vitfauna.world as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept it from the courier - the order will be cancelled automatically and no charge will apply.
