How to Use Luminus Support
One capsule. One glass of water. One moment in your day. Here's everything you need to know about building Luminus Support into your routine.
Simple & Consistent
When to Take It
Take one capsule in the morning with breakfast, or at any mealtime that fits your routine. Taking it with food helps it become part of a habit you'll remember.
With a Full Glass of Water
Swallow the capsule with at least 200 ml of water. The HPMC capsule shell is easy to swallow and dissolves well when taken with sufficient liquid.
One Capsule Per Day
Do not exceed one capsule per day. If you miss a day, simply continue as normal the following morning - there is no need to take an extra capsule.
90 Days Per Pack
Each bottle contains 90 capsules - a full three-month supply at one capsule per day.
Anchor It to Breakfast
The easiest way to maintain a consistent supplement routine is to attach it to something you already do every day. Placing the bottle next to your kettle or on the breakfast table means you're far less likely to forget.
Luminus Support is designed for everyday use - the capsule format is compact and the pack sits neatly on a kitchen shelf or in a drawer.
