14-Day Return Window
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return your order. Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition.
Please note: unsealed food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as permitted by law. If you have not opened the pack, simply contact us at info@vitfauna.world and we will provide return instructions.
You may also decline the parcel from the courier at the point of delivery - in this case, the order is automatically cancelled.
